This course will provide those working in the planning, implementation and evaluation of industry and infrastructure with a clear understanding of the processes and challenges in delivering effective strategy and management in these areas.
Participants will be trained through interactive workshops, lectures and best practice case studies to identify key strategies that enable innovative industrial and infrastructural development. While analysing recent strategies in effective infrastructure projects, this training will cover topics such as public-private partnerships, financing of industry and infrastructure, and rural and urban infrastructure planning.
